About Clearbrook

Clearbrook provides individualized care and enriching experiences for individuals, from birth through end of life, across the range of intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Clearbrook is one of the only organizations to deliver services for the intellectually and developmentally disabled in a multifaceted way, covering all ages, issues and levels of severity. We are home, a family, to over 8,000 children and adults. We support them, and their families, by providing support across the lifespan, helping them to live the fullest lives possible. Clearbrook provides personalized children, adult day, and employment, residential and clinical services at more than 80 locations in 160 communities throughout the Chicagoland area and is the largest provider of home-based services in the state. Clearbrook proudly reports that 89 percent of every dollar raised goes directly into programs and services.
