I forgot my Username and Password.  How can I find out what they are?

Remember that your username and password are case sensitive.  Click here to go to the login screen.

Click on the green login button in the top right of the homepage. Follow the links for "forgot my password/email my login information."

If you have additional questions, please contact us at step@clearbrook.org

Is my registration fee a donation?

Part of your registration fee ($10) is considered a charitable donation to Clearbrook. The IRS states the tax deductible amount is limited to the excess of any dollar amount contributed, less the value of goods and/or services provided by Clearbrook.

In exchange for your registration fee, you receive an event t-shirt and race bib shipped to you, which costs approximately $15. $10 of the $25 fee is tax deductible. You will see this reflected in your confirmation email after you've registered.

All donations over and above the registration fee are tax-deductible charitable gifts that will help to support Clearbrook clients and programs.

What does the t-shirt look like?

We are working on it! Check back soon!

Do I have to raise $250?

We hope that each walker/runner attempts to raise $250, allowing Clearbrook to provide more opportunities for our individuals. However, it is not a requirement to participate. Please note these are individual fundraising prizes. You must have $250 raised on your personal page, not $250 as a team. We are working on finalizing the prices for this year. Check back soon!

What If I Raise $100?

Anyone who raises $100+ will recive a Clearbrook color-changing tumbler. Please note this is an individual fundraising prize. You must have $100 raised on your personal page, not $100 as a team. The tumbler will be available at packet pickup and at the event. They can be shipped to you for an additional charge.

We will continue receiving donations for the event (online or otherwise) until the end of our fiscal year: June 30, 2024.

I am uncomfortable asking friends and family to donate.  Can you give me ideas?
Step it up for Clearbrook is a wonderful way for you to share your passion about Clearbrook and the clients we serve. Click here for some fundraising ideas.

Can friends and family make a donation to a walker/runner by going through the main website?

Yes. Direct them to this site. They will be directed to look for you by first or last name. They can also search for a team if they would prefer donating directly to a team rather than an individual. You can also send them the link from your personal fundraising page and they can click on the donate button on that page.

Someone donated to me and they don’t show up on my webpage.

The donor may have selected , “I wish to remain anonymous” when s/he donated to your web page. The donor may have donated to your team (in which case they would not show up on your personal page, but would appear on the team page). You may also  email us at step@clearbrook.org and staff can search for the donation and apply it to your page, at the donor’s request.
