Clearbrook is home, a family, to over 8,000 children and adults impacted by intellectual/developmental disabilities. They support them—and their families—by providing support across the lifespan, helping them to live their fullest lives possible. 

Clearbrook provides personalized services for children and adults inlcuding community day programming, employment services, residential homes and clinical services at more than 80 locations in 160 communities throughout the Chicagoland area. They are the largest provider of home-based services in the state. 

Clearbrook's expertise spans six decades—allowing the organization to care for an array of unique needs for children and adults throughout Illinois. Clearbrook proudly reports that 89 percent of every dollar raised goes directly into programs and services.
