Annually, Clearbrook supports over 8,000 individuals as well as their families in 16 counties, in over 160 communities and 80 locations throughout Chicago, the suburbs, and northern Illinois. We are proud to be the largest provider of home-based services in Illinois

Clearbrook relies on the support of a generous community to continue providing the best and most appropriate care for the individuals served. Clearbrook proudly reports that 90 percent of every dollar raised goes directly into programs and services.
